Sweet & Savoury Crepes
Our Chefs prepare the Crepes fresh for your guests.

Portuguese Chicken Crepes
tender boneless breast of chicken & peppers in a paprika sauce.
Seafood Crepes, assorted seafood in a cream sauce with a hint of Pernod.
Dessert Crepes, fresh strawberry, raspberry, peach flamed in brandy & topped with a flavoured whipped cream.
Baked Goods
Baskets of Buttermilk currant scones and croissants are served with butter & preserves.
Tarragon flat bread with olive and onion.
Greens
California mixed greens are served with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Salad Nicoise
Green Beans, Tuna, Potato Salad (not creamy), Tomato, Boston Lettuce, Anchovy fillets, capers, hard-boiled eggs.
Chocolate Fondue
Melted dark calebaut chocolate is served with seasonal fresh fruit and cream filled profiteroles for dipping.
