Spring Gala, Jack Singer Concert Hall Lobby

A Pre-concert Reception, featuring Champagne tables, lobby entertainment by the Tim Tamashiro trio, Butler passed hors d'oeuvres, self service hors d'oeuvres and feature saute stations.  This followed by a concert by the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra with guest Tim Tamashiro.

 

 

 

 

 

Sunflowers were the theme for the evening, Diane Boyd, one of the event's organizers with some of the many works or art up for silent auction.

 

 

 

 

 

 

To Feed 1000 Guests, six self service food tables were setup on the two lobby levels.  Three feature saute stations for the guests and twelve staff passing another selection of hors d'oeuvres.  The lobby was decorated for the event and standup cocktail tables (shown below) were featured throughout.
