Smoked Salmon Nori Roll, a Japanese wrap with salmon, rice & spring onion served with wasabi & pickled ginger. Lettuce wrap, (for filling) served with fillings of warm rice, ginger wasabi chicken, carrot cucumber & green onion. Nigiri Zushi, a favourite Japanese snack, oval rice balls topped with a variety of tastes.
Buta Teriyaki,
