That time of year again to book for Stampede and at Sorrenti’s
we are serving up a whole heapin’ helpin’ of flapjacks, beans,
beef and beer!
During
Stampede we have many options available for catering. We can
come to your office and setup an authentic Stampede site right
in your parking lot or right in your office. Wagons, hay and
barnboard galore.
If
you enjoy the great outdoors, book a spot on one of our great
weatherproof party sites. Service from 200 to 10,000 guests
on one of two great outdoor sites this year. Rain won’t touch
your guests as they party under our sparkling marquis tents.

Pork
Ribs
Rubbed with pepper, garlic, paprika and mustard, slow cooked and
basted with a Mexican Chili paste of chopped green chillies, chili
powder, cider vinegar, garlic, mustard, tobasco & worcestershire sauce.
Condiments: Green chili mojo, fresh sliced jalapenos
Salmon
Salmon steaks are basted with a ginger lime glaze.
Condiments: fresh lime, cranberry citrus relish, tomato & ginger chutney
Alberta
Strip Loin
These New York style strip loins are seasoned in a teriyaki marinade
& basted with sherry. Sliced thin to order by our Barbecue Chef.
Condiments: Wild mushroom sauce, pickled onion rings
Meats
& Fish are accompanied by; Chargrilled Vegetables, Potatoes and Yams
Seasonal vegetables are marinated in garlic, pepper and fresh herbs;
Corn on the Cob, artichokes, scallions, zucchini, fennel, garlic,
bell peppers & squash.
Each
Barbecue station will be separately staffed and have a full variety
of meats, fish, vegetables and potatoes available. Guests can indulge
and dress their food with a variety of condiments set apart from the
barbecue stations to alleviate congestion. Suitable menu and condiment
signage will be available.
