RECEPTIONS
For
starters, choose a selection of our tasty hot & cold hors d’oeuvres
to be passed, butler style to your guests on arrival. For dinner,
our chef tosses a Spinach salad with a light citrus dressing
with orange sections and almonds. A light pasta starter with
rotini and a sun-dried tomato pesto. For a main selection, the
chef carves tender slices of peppered Beef Tenderloin, served
with our trademark grilled vegetables (fennel, artichokes, corn,
asparagus, zucchini and new potatoes). Select a spoonful of
a pineapple chipolte salsa for your vegetables or a ladle of
whiskey sauce for your beef. Finish with a light chocolate mousse
or cheeses and port!
Full
service dinners served to 6 or 600 or more in your home, office,
community hall or tent. Sorrenti’s cater to all public facilities
in Calgary and are the preferred caterers in many of Calgary’s
finer facilities.
