Pre-Performance self service Hors d’oeuvres
Tomato Bruschetta
& a Roman Chevre dip (chevre, sun-dried tomato & garlic) are served with garlic toasts.
Prosciutto
wrapped bread sticks.
Polenta topped with sun-dried tomato salsa.

Intermission self service Italian Cheeses & Fresh Fruit
Gorgonzola, Provolone & smoked Mozzarella are served with fresh fruit, sliced Italian bread & crackers.

Post Performance Hors d’oeuvres, Feature stations & Sweets

Feature Cooking Stations
Our Chefs will saute calamari, sausage, cheese & tortellini fresh for your guests from these feature cooking stations.
Calamari, sauteed with garlic, peppers, herbs & white wine,
Grilled Chorizo sausage, Italian style, spicy,
Fried Cheese, fresh mozzarella is rolled in parmesan cheese and sauteed,
Tortellini filled with seasoned veal served hot from the pan.

All feature items are served with sliced Italian breads and condiments.

Chocolate Fondue Fountain
Melted dark Calebaut Chocolate is served with local and exotic fruits for dipping. Cream filled profiteroles and Italian Biscotti for dipping as well.



Butler Passed Hors d’oeuvres

Pompeian Mussels, mussels are marinated with julienne mango, peppers & carrot with ginger, chili & white wine.
Smoked Salmon Crostini, with roasted garlic aioli and marinated purple onion.
Bocconcine wrapped with roasted Red pepper.

Hot hors d'oeuvres
Teriyaki Beef Rumaki
Crispy Canneloni,
with sausage, cheeses and salsa.
Oven baked phyllo pastry with chicken, brie & roasted shallots.

Chillies, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, cracked black pepper, black olives, diced green onion
