Jicama, tortilla chips, salsa sauces and guacamole.

Acapulco style Beef meatballs, sweet & sour with lime zest.

FEATURE STATIONS
Quesadillas
Prepared fresh on site. A variety of Chicken with banana peppers, 
Smoked salmon with red onion and a seasoned black bean. 
Quesadillas are served with sour cream and our roasted 
corn & pepper salsa sauce.

Taco Station
Ground beef and chillies & Crispy Pork, Pecans & Chillies
Fresh fried bite sized taco shells will be presented with these fresh ingredients.
