We can provide a full range of rentals for any function. Tents, tables, chairs, dinnerware, glassware, specialty items, linens and more from Ideal and Affairs Party Rentals.
We can look after all your beverage needs. Sorrenti's are a fully licensed caterer under the Alberta Liquor & Gaming Commission. We supply a full or partial bar service that would include the bartender(s), license, all glassware, ice, condiments, chilling bins, bar tabling, portable bar rentals, tablecloths and service of non-alcoholic beverages to your guests. The non-alcoholic beverages would include pop and mineral water. If we are tending to a full bar we provide for basic cocktails such as Caesars and Screwdrivers. Dependant upon numbers and level of service to your guests our pricing varies from $3.50 per guest for a wine and beer service to $4.95 for a full service bar which could include Cappuccino and blender cocktail service (margaritas). We would also arrange for the purchase of all your alcoholic beverage needs. During Stampede, summer or all year round, we offer a “keg” service as well with local Big Rock beer.
We can provide staff for your function. Service staff to clear, tidy and replenish food tables. Cooks to prepare dinner or hors d'oeuvres on site. Bar staff, coat check attendants, reception staff and any other function you may wish our staff to perform. Our service and bar staff are billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour and our professional kitchen staff at a rate of $25.00 per hour (minimum four hours) to include travel time.
●If
you are planning a family event, we have a cotton candy machine that can
be rented with an operator to “spin” cones or bags of grape & bubble gum
candy floss!
●If the floss is too sweet, our reproduction antique popcorn machine
can be a real hit. Nothing like the smell of freshly popped popcorn.
●For
Seafood lovers we can plan a unique
ice sculpture
as a stunning centre piece.
●For Chocolate lovers there is the ultimate. A tower of cascading
chocolate is available for rent with this feature chocolate
station. Melted dark chocolate, fresh seasonal and exotic fruit
and cream filled profiteroles, biscotti and more.
