Tenderloin of Beef is peppered and carved onto fresh baguettes and served with condiments of sliced red onion, gherkins and our special mustard mayonnaise spread.

Baked Emu with ground nut sauce.
(Chicken Satay with a Thai style peanut sauce.)
Braised Rat haunch with fire drippings.
(Beef Satay with a New Orleans style bbq sauce.)
Seaweed & Rice
(Nori rolls, a Japanese wrap with smoked salmon, rice
& spring onion
served with wasabi and pickled ginger.)
Rice Balls with rat tails.
(Sweet & sour Pork, with pineapple)
Tree wrap with mulched bugs.
(Tortilla wrap with chillied bean dip and peppers.)
Tropical fruit with lava mud
(Chocolate Fondue, Melted Dark Chocolate is
presented with fresh fruit & shortbread for dipping.
Tubers & Roots with ground maggot dip.
(Jicama & carrot sticks served with a ranch style dip.)
Gull Eggs

(Crispy Canneloni, Bite sized pasta filled with spiced sausage
and cheeses
and served with a salsa sauce side.)

Boiled Eel with ground coconut shell
(Calamari)
Two 6' portable bars serving a variety of wine and beer and a feature "blended" cocktail called a "SHARK ATTACK". A tasty blend of rum and fruit juices poured into a special cocktail glass as shown in the hands of happy "Storevivors".
