THE SERVICE
Sorrenti's staff
presented three distinct food stations for self service by the client's
guests. Of these, two were feature stations manned by our
professional cooking staff.
As an
additional service, our Hawaiian hostesses passed a selection of the menu's
hors d'oeuvres to the clients guests.
