Service
Food To all food pricing, please add a 15%
service charge and the gst. This pricing includes the delivery
(city limits), presentation of buffet food on linens with skirting, all
required service and kitchen supplies, plates, cutlery, linen napkins
& basic tabletops (salt & pepper, basket for rolls, cream &
sugar, water glass).
Minimum charges may apply to smaller
numbers of guests.
Service &
Kitchen Staff Our
staff are billed hourly. Approximately 1 service staff person for
each of 30 guests and 1 kitchen staffer for each of 75 guests. Our
service and bar staff (if required) are billed at $25.00 per hour from
setup through to cleanup to include drive times. Our professional
Kitchen staff are billed at $25.00 per hour for service to include drive
times.
Bar Services Full
or partial bar services are available. We are a fully licensed
off-premise caterer. For this service either an
hourly wage is charged for just the bartender or a corkage fee is
charged per guest dependant upon the level of service. Blender
cocktail and feature cocktail services are available.
Rentals Some
facilities and homes may require additional rentals; tables (round
linear and standup cocktail), chairs (folding, cushioned), linens,
glassware, coat racks/hangers, draping, seasonal equipment
(barbecues/griddles), sound equipment, tents and canopies and much more.
